Illegal Immigrants and the Coming Economic Crisis – PART TWO

In PART ONE we talked about the rising economic crisis related to the influx of illegal immigrants flooding into our country. I listed one reason they’re coming in droves—because they feel they’ve been invited by our current president.

But there might just be another reason, one I hadn’t considered until hearing a story earlier today.

This morning I was listening to a talk show on Sirius XM’s Patriot Radio called Stacy on the Right. (It’s one of my wife’s favorites.) A man called in, a landlord from California. He told a story that sent shivers down our spines.

This caller explained that many illegal immigrants are flooding into the Los Angeles area for the sake of filing lawsuits against their landlords. He went into more detail about how and why they’re doing this, but the long and short of it is, there are millions to be made by filing these suits.

I plan to look into that story and get back to you with more information when I have it, but I have confirmed that it is possible for an illegal immigrant to file a lawsuit in the U.S. That was news to me. Perhaps it is to you, as well. So, we’re not only housing and feeding them, we’re not only testing them for COVID and providing healthcare, we’re also watching as they file suits against us.

Makes you want to rush right out and become a Democrat, doesn’t it?

In the meantime, here’s more information about those crossing our borders since Biden took office:

In January, the Biden administration changed the policy of its predecessor by stopping the return of unaccompanied minors to Mexico, which was instituted as the COVID-19 pandemic began. Customs and Border Protection and Health and Human Services have opened several facilities in Texas to house the minors, including one that critics said was holding “kids in cages” during the Trump administration.

The administration will also allow border officials to fly migrant families and children to facilities along the northern border. Republican Rep. Lisa McClain said the plan was “deeply troubling,” raising concerns about the spread of COVID-19.

“We already know these illegal aliens are not being tested for the coronavirus before being released into Texas communities. We cannot let this happen in Michigan,” McClain said. (Washington Examiner)

Speaking of the coronavirus, another caller called into the talk show. He was from a border town in Texas. He talked about a local ministry that has been helping feed and care for the migrants. This man explained that 25% of the people who were tested for COVID at that ministry were coming up positive.

That’s a much higher number than what we at Civil Patriot shared with you just a couple of weeks back.

  • So, the cost of housing them has gone up.
  • The threat of lawsuits has gone up.
  • The risk of COVID spread has gone up.

Know what else is about to go up (other than my blood pressure)?

Our taxes. Because someone, at some point, is going to have to pay the bill for all of this. And, I suspect, we’ve barely scratched the surface of what this is truly going to cost American taxpayers for our new President’s unparalleled generosity to those who have contributed nothing and are costing everything.
